Paid Standard and Floating Holidays :
Future Info Tek provides paid annual vacation time based upon length of service. Employees begin accruing vacation after the first two months of employment. For the first 5 years of employment with Future Info Tek, straight-salary employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of paid vacation per anniversary year. After five years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 120 hours per anniversary year. After ten years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 160 hours per anniversary year. |
Future Info Tek recognizes eight paid holidays per year :
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (2 days), and Christmas Day (2 days). Future Info Tek also provides our employees with five (5) paid floating holidays per year to be used for additional client holidays, or at the discretion of the employee.

Career Development Plan :
To assist our employees with their career development, Future Info Tek provides financial assistance for job-related education and training. After the employee's first year of service, they become eligible for reimbursement of up to $500 in an anniversary year for eligible expenses. After the employee's third year of service, this amount increases to $1,000.

Candidate Refferal Program :
We encourage people who reffer candidates to us on good skills. We provide $ 500 as a refferal fee, if the reffered candidate works for us atleast 6 months or the reffered candidate transfers his H1-B onto our company and works for us atleast 3 months.

Relocation Assistance :
We Provide Relocation Assitance for Qualified consultants who works with us on Full Time basis and working for us more than a year continuously.
